2019  /  9 Welcome to the Charleston Antiques Show! T his Antiques Show reflects Historic Charleston Foundation’s commitment to historic preservation. The objects here represent decades, if not centuries, of preservation and stewardship. As a result, they remain for us to appreciate, to admire, to use and to help us express our personal sense of style. We are excited this year to introduce the Design Pavilion, a new feature to the Show. The unique array of carefully curated objects demonstrates the fine craftsmanship for which Charleston is known and reflects its history as a trading mecca. The complement of modern workmanship to the antiques is certain to inspire, and we’re thrilled for you to be a part of this new experience. For over 70 years, the Foundation has worked tirelessly to preserve the integrity of Charleston’s historic buildings, landscapes and cultural character, while striving to balance our dynamic growth with intelligent planning and a focus on livability for its residents.
