John Singer Sargent used Corsi often incl. Sargents's stairway paintings in the Boston Public Library. Included are two photos of Corsi, one autographed inscribed to A.J. Hammond/Oct 1903. Both photos have interesting and lengthy and personal handwritten notes on reverse by Hammond regarding this painting, Sargent, and Corsi. Also incl. are two Boston Herald articles regarding Corsi's 1906 divorce, and a 1915 Hammond exhibition incl. this painting (see photos). In addition, Corsi modeled for Edward Burne-Jones, Alma-Tadema, John E.
