On December 3, 1777 Darragh passed through the British lines to the Rising Sun Tavern where Colonel Elias Boudinot received her information, allowing Washington to repel the attack and causing Howe to withdraw. Descended in the Darragh family. Philadelphia, mahogany, circa 1770, 38" high.
