14 www.incollect.com HAPPENINGS November 6–10, 2025 The Salon Art + Design presents its 14th edition in November 2025, with a refreshed lineup of galleries presenting the best in collectible design and fine art. On view once again at the Park Avenue Armory in New York, November 6–10, 2025, the Salon will feature a mix of new, first-time participants and returning galleries, reflecting the new vision of Executive Director Nicky Dessources, now in her second year. “We want visitors to explore and engage with design and art in new ways that spark curiosity, conversation, and deeper appreciation, with each space telling a story that expands the visitor’s appreciation of what art with design can be,” says Dessources. “What makes Salon so magical is its ability to create lasting impressions. We are intentionally highlighting galleries, designers, and perspectives that reflect diversity, thoughtful creativity, and craftsmanship.” Park Avenue Armory, 643 Park Avenue (between 66/67 Streets), New York, NY 10065 For more information visit thesalonny.com Salon Art + Design The 2025 fair includes a broad range of materials, including furniture, studio glass, ceramics, Japanese art, and jewelry, fostering visual dialogue and connections across creative disciplines and eras. New this year is a Polish gallery, Craftica, that celebrates Polish craftsmanship from ceramics to textiles. “Craftica is a space where local crafts are elevated to an international language based on beauty,” says Anna Woźniak- Starak, Craftica founder. “Coming to The Salon for the first time, we are very much looking forward to seeing how the American audience will respond to the vast diversity of Polish creativity.” Among the more established galleries returning to the fair are Todd Merrill, Maison Gerard, Hostler Burrows, Liz O’Brien, Bernard Goldberg, Miason Rapin, Milord Antiques, and Donzella. “Salon is one of the most important design fairs in the world,” says Paul Donzella, the founder and owner of Donzella. “I am creating my booth all year long, considering each new important piece that I purchase. It’s a great place to connect with the design community and with collectors and designers from all over the world. I love being a part of this fair.” For the second year, the Salon has also benefited from guidance and advice from its Design & Art Advisory Council, a group of some of the world’s leading interior designers and art advisors. “We believe interior designers and art advisors are the bridge between galleries, their artists and makers, and collectors,” Dessources says.
