51 SARA EWING DAVIS 1949 2024 For the past forty years, Sara Davis was a guiding light of the Washington Winter Show and its predecessor, the Washington Antiques Show. Her involvement began in the 1980s, when she joined the Board of the Columbia Hospital for Women, and from that moment on she brought her energy, insight, and wholehearted dedication to bene t the Antiques Show. With her bright and lively personality, her sweet smile that could light up any room, and her sharp, well-informed mind, Sara quickly became an indispensable presence on both Boards. She twice chaired the Antiques Show and proudly served as a founding member of the Board of the WashingtonWinter Show.With the unfailing support of her husband Philip, Sara was instrumental in shaping the Winter Show and guiding its relocation to its cherished home at the Katzen Center. Sara was deeply loved, widely admired, and is profoundly missed by all who knew her and had the privilege of working beside her.
