Almeida CHAIR 2013 CHARLESTON ANTIQUES SHOW Jill Almeida has been a member of Historic Charleston Foundation’s National Advisory Council since its inception and has served as Co-Chair since 2010. For many years she has actively participated in the Charleston Antiques Show and other Foundation projects. In January 2013 Jill was elected to Historic Charleston Foundation’s Board of Trustees. A former teacher and banker, she has been active in the Chicago philanthropic community. For many years she has been on the Board of Directors of the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and was past President of the Women’s Board. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Old Masters Society of the Art Institute of Chicago and is a member of AIC’s Sustaining Fellows and Antiquarians Society. She served as Treasurer of the Women’s Board of the Field Museum of Chicago and is on its Founders Council. She also is a member of the Guild of the Chicago History Museum. 10 / 2013
