Philadelphia Antiques Show 2019

3 Welcome The planning for and presentation of the Philadelphia Antiques and Art Show is a complex enterprise requiring the work of many hands. Therefore, we would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to all those who have helped to make it a success. We are deeply grateful to our Presenting Sponsor, American International Group, Inc. (AIG); our longtime Preview Party Sponsor, The Haverford Trust Company; our Premier Sponsors, IMC Construction and Freeman’s; and the many other corporate sponsors for their support. Many individuals have donated generously to this cause, and to each of them we would like to express our deepest appreciation. This has been a team effort from the very start. Thanks are due to the dedicated team of volunteers assembled and managed with skill and dedication by The Women’s Committee. To the many members of the museum’s staff, including the Curatorial, Development, Editorial and Design, Executive, Marketing, and Membership and Visitor Services departments and, most especially, Huntley Platt, who managed the show and Nancy Finn, who coordinated fundraising efforts for the show, we owe a great debt of gratitude, as we do both to our Show Managers —Diana Bittel and Karen and Ralph DiSaia—and the exemplary group of dealers they assembled this year.
