Monumental Scottish Globe With a diameter of 30" this was one of the largest models made by the Edinburgh firm of W. and A.K. Johnston.The original globe was made in the 1870s and updated and re-gored in 1924. On a mahogany stand with a compass inset. Full diameter: 40"; height: 56"
